Registrations for the European Health Management Conference 2025 will open soon. In the meantime, here are the details on our conference fees and policies.
Our Conference offers a unique setting for health managers and leaders, healthcare professionals, hospital managers, researchers, academics and policy and decision-makers to explore and discuss challenges and solutions for creating sustainable health systems.

EHMA 2025 CONFERENCE FEES

| Full-time students fee | A full-time student is enrolled in a recognised academic programme (bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD) with a course load of at least 60 ECTS per year and must not undertake any form of additional income (paid employment). Proof of full-time student status is required to confirm eligibility. | 425.00 € + VAT 20% |
| Industry representatives fee | A category for professionals from healthcare-related industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnologies, medical devices, health insurances, etc.) | 815.00 € + VAT 20% |
| EHMA Conference + EHESP Pre-conference (Special package) | A special rate that includes the entrance at EHMA Conference 2025 and at EHESP Pre-conference event on 3rd June 2025. | Fees will be announced soon. |
| Children fee (ticket) | The Children ticket grants free entry for one child to enter the EHMA Conference 2025 for the duration of the event. This ticket can be purchased in combination with another ticket type (including full-time student ticket). | FREE |

SPECIAL FEES, DEALS, AND DISCOUNTS
GROUP FEES – 10% DISCOUNT
Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same organisation can benefit from a 10% discount on the fees. The discount is applicable until 31st March 2025. To benefit from the discount, please email the names of the group members to [email protected] before proceeding with your bookings. We will provide you with instructions on how to book your ticket online.

PAYMENT POLICY
You can pay your registration fee by:
- By bank transfer
- By bank card via Stripe (the platform will charge a fee equal to 3% of the fee value).
Please ensure your payment is completed within 14 days of registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can transfer your registration to another delegate at any time.
To do so, please contact us at [email protected] to have the change made.
You have the right to cancel your registration.
Cancellations (of paid and unpaid registrations) should be made in writing to [email protected].
The following cancellation policy applies to any and all registrations made online via our website.

Exceptionally for EHMA Conference 2025, you can buy the ticket for the EHESP Pre-Conference, scheduled on Tuesday, 3rd June 2025. More information will be available soon.

A few participants have warned us that they have received an email from a company called Global Travel Experts. This company is NOT affiliated in any way to the European Health Management Conference 2024.
This company sends unsolicited emails to conference participants hoping that participants will use their services for finding accommodation. Please do not contact them; please do not provide them with your personal information. If you can, please block the sender – planning@gtravelhosting[dot]com – in your mailbox.
We want to emphasise that EHMA does not and did not provide participants’ emails to this company or any other providers, nor we publish participants’ emails online.
