Full-time students |
A full-time student is enrolled in a recognised academic programme (bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD) with a course load of at least 60 ECTS per year and must not undertake any form of additional income (paid employment). Proof of full-time student status is required to confirm eligibility. |

Children ticket |

GROUP FEES – 10% DISCOUNT
Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same organisation can benefit from a 10% discount on the fees. The discount is applicable until 31st March 2025. To benefit from the discount, please email the names of the group members to [email protected] before proceeding with your bookings. We will provide you with instructions on how to book your ticket online.

PAYMENT POLICY
You can pay your registration fee by:
- By bank transfer
- By bank card via Stripe (the platform will charge a fee equal to 3% of the fee value).
Please ensure your payment is completed within 14 days of registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can transfer your registration to another delegate at any time. To do so, please contact us at [email protected] to have the change made. You have the right to cancel your registration. Cancellations (of paid and unpaid registrations) should be made in writing to [email protected]. The following cancellation policy applies to any and all registrations made online via our website.
