A few participants have warned us that they have received an email from a company called Global Travel Experts. This company is NOT affiliated in any way to the European Health Management Conference 2024.
This company sends unsolicited emails to conference participants hoping that participants will use their services for finding accommodation. Please do not contact them; please do not provide them with your personal information. If you can, please block the sender – planning@gtravelhosting[dot]com – in your mailbox.
We want to emphasise that EHMA does not and did not provide participants’ emails to this company or any other providers, nor we publish participants’ emails online.

SPECIAL FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM ROMANIA

As part of the Health Service Management project run by the Ministry of Health of Romania in collaboration with WHO/Europe, registrations from participants working for a university, healthcare provider or other institution in Romania or residing in Romania qualify for the special price of €450 (+19% VAT).

Romanian organisations who wish to become an organisational member of EHMA can benefit from a special membership deal. For each new full organisational member joining EHMA, 4 complimentary conference tickets will be included in the price of the membership fee.

GROUP FEES – 10% DISCOUNT

Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same organisation can benefit from a 10% discount on the fees.
To benefit from the discount, please email the names of the group members to [email protected] before proceeding with your bookings. We will provide you with instructions on how to book your ticket online.
The group discount is not applicable to participants from Romania, who benefit from the special fee for Romanian participants.

You can transfer your registration to another delegate at any time.

You have the right to cancel your registration.
Cancellations (of paid and unpaid registrations) should be made in writing to [email protected].
