A full-time student is enrolled in a recognised academic programme (bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD) with a course load of at least 60 ECTS per year and must not undertake any form of additional income (paid employment). Proof of full-time student status is required to confirm eligibility. |

SPECIAL FEES, DEALS, AND DISCOUNTS
GROUP FEES – 10% DISCOUNT
Groups of five or more delegates from the same organisation can benefit from a 10% discount on the registration fees. The discount is applicable to all fees except those for PhD students. Exceptions will not be made under any circumstances for groups of fewer than five participants.
To benefit from the discount, please email the names of the group members to conference@ehma.org before proceeding with your bookings. You will then receive instructions on how to complete the online registration process.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment of the registration fee can be made as follows:
- By bank transfer
- By bank card via Stripe
Please ensure that payment is completed within 14 days of registration.
Registrations may be transferred to another delegate at any time. To request a transfer, please contact conference@ehma.org so that the change can be processed.
You have the right to cancel your registration. All cancellations, for both paid and unpaid registrations, must be submitted in writing to conference@ehma.org. The cancellation policy below applies to all registrations made online via the event website.
Participants are strongly advised to read carefully the Terms and Conditions applicable to this event.
Cancellation conditions:
- Until Friday, 10 April 2026 (inclusive): refund minus a €50 administrative fee, or issuance of a credit note
- From Saturday, 11 April 2026 (inclusive): no refunds; full payment remains due
